General terms and conditions of sale
Our sales are subject to these general terms and conditions, which take precedence over any other stipulation issued by the buyer. Any order sent by the buyer implies his unreserved acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale.
Orders
Orders placed via the website are binding on the purchaser as soon as the order is accepted by the purchaser on the website. The information, photos and graphics in the catalogues are for information purposes only and are not binding on the merchant. Once the Customer has registered his/her order, he/she is deemed to have accepted the prices, volumes and quantities offered for sale and ordered with full knowledge of the facts and without reservation.
Prices
The selling prices of the products are those in force at the time the order is registered, excluding transport costs. The sale prices of products may be modified at any time by the occurrence of external events.
Shipping costs are payable by the Customer and are invoiced in addition to the price of the products according to the amount of the order. Shipping costs will be indicated when the Customer places the order.
Payment
Unless otherwise stipulated, products are payable when ordered. Any sum paid by the Customer prior to delivery of the product constitutes a deposit on the sale price definitively due by the Customer.
Penalties of an amount equal to the bank base rate plus 3 points are automatically applicable to amounts unpaid at the end of a period of 10 days following the invoice date or from the notification of the rejection of bank payment for any other means of payment. Delivery of any new order may be suspended in the event of late payment of a previous order.
Delivery
Delivery is deemed to have taken place when the product is made available to the Customer. It is the Customer's responsibility to check shipments on arrival and to make any reservations or complaints that appear justified. If the products delivered do not comply in nature or quality with the specifications indicated on the delivery note, the Customer must, on pain of forfeiture, make any complaints within eight (8) days of delivery.
Retention of title
The seller retains full ownership of the products sold until full payment of the price, including principal, costs and taxes.
The transfer of risks relating to the product will take place when the product ordered is handed over to the carrier. It is therefore the Customer's responsibility to take out insurance, at their own expense, to cover all risks, particularly damage and loss.
Guarantees
The products sold are covered by a manufacturer's warranty. Excluded from this guarantee are all products modified or repaired by the purchaser or by any other person not expressly authorised by the seller, as well as all products covered by a specific assistance and maintenance contract.
Any return of the product under the aforementioned guarantee must be subject to prior agreement by the seller. To this end, the purchaser shall contact the seller's after-sales service by formulating his/her request by e-mail. If the product is found to be defective, the seller will send the buyer a product return number. The defective product must be returned in its original packaging and accompanied by the returns number provided by the seller. All costs and risks associated with the return of the product shall be borne by the purchaser.
Liability
The seller may not be held liable in any way whatsoever for indirect damage. In the event of direct damage, the seller's liability is limited to a maximum amount of 520 euros.
Attribution of jurisdiction
These general terms and conditions of sale are governed by French law. The Paris Commercial Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising between the seller and the buyer in connection with this contract.
